Pilot series/run production
Independently from whether we designed and produced the moulds
for you or with an external partner, or whether they were
taken over by us: production always takes place in our locations
in Germany and Hungary. Small-scale first series are a normal
service we provide.
Inspection tests
In our inspection lab we can test and study various
statistical values of materials and finished parts. For example,
we run a series of tests concerning adhesive bonding of wooden
moulded parts and rigidity or, as the case may be, stability
tests
Assembly and Lacquering
The lacquering of your parts completes our offer and is done
either in our subsidiary in Hungary or by one of our competent
partners in Germany, with whom we have many years of close
business relationships. We will also gladly take into our hands
the component or complete chair assembly process.
