Company
We are a middle-sized family-owned company, and because of this
tradition and its resulting obligation to ensure the continuity
of OWI including for future generations, we have oriented our
activity towards longevity. We base this activity on just the
right combination of continuity and innovation. We look for solid,
reliable partnerships in all our business connections. It is
our goal to offer products and services with high economic cost
consciousness, to always meet the most basic needs of our customers.
We want to be profitable, so our invested capital has to be
interest-bearing in order to ensure the basis of our future.
Environment Protection/Ecology
We have an environmentally friendly purchasing policy, production
process and an energetic conscience. Our productions’ energy
balance is even. We produce the necessary process heat through
burning of our wood-waste in one of the newest furnaces, in strict
conformity with guidelines. Our CHP (Combined Heat and Power Plant)
based on renewable biomass-resources enables us to create a large
percentage of the electricity needed for our production processes.
Consequently we are a certified producer of electrical energy using
renewable primary products. |

Our plastic moulded parts are made from authentic thermoplastic
materials. We use only physiolocially harmless materials and
dyestuff. Scrap parts, accruing from the production process
in series start up and colour changes, are grounded up and
reused in the production process again. All plastic moulded
parts have an identification mark showing the material which
they are composed of, as well as the Recycling mark.
