OWI-Thermoformholz® weather-proof
Our OWI-Thermoformholz® is designed for use in weather-proof outside
furniture. Through thermal modification, the Beech plywood’s’ cell
structure is altered, resulting in 50% less swelling and shrinkage. This prevents
bacteria and mushrooms from finding nutrients in the wood. Thanks to this thermal
process, we are able to reach very long-lasting resistance level 1(like Teak
and Merbau).

B1 fire resistance test. (Download B1-Certificate)
The additives which are used on order to achieve fire
resistance are completely harmless and ensure a special
safety aspect in case of fire. OWI-Thermoformholz® in
B1-Quality guarantees highest safety standards for interiors,
for example public places and transports, concert halls,
airports.
