Since August 2006, you have been benefiting from our new 2K Ferromatik Milacron
200 to. Sandwich machine. Since December 2007, another new 2K- Ferromatik Milacron
800 to. Sandwich machine has been at your disposal. Thanks to this equipment,
we can produce injection moulding parts from 100 to 3000 grams.
During
sandwich injection moulding, parts with invisible inner components
are produced, because these are enclosed by the outer material.
Typically, recycled materials are used as invisible components,
whereas a high-quality material is used for the outer skin.
However it is also possible to use a material which is reinforced
with fibre glass, thus making the parts more resistant. We
have a lot of experience in this department.
